Daylesford or Wedderburn? Wes, who did the Colac interview in the 'Media Centre' told of a nasty report from his friends in Wedderburn (which I didn't include), but get this, the ex-HEAD or Deputy Head of the skeptic society told me personally about a sighting HE had in Daylesford! Hmmmm...... and he was the head of the skeptic society? The Australian skeptic society......... (!) Of course he went on to add that because he didn't take multipule photo's of it from every direction and then somehow bring it in on a steel table, that he must ignore what he witnessed...... because why? Because of his role in the "skeptic society" and what his peers would think of him if he revealed this..... Pfffffff......

Daylesford has it's share of sightings, not many, but enough for me to turn my head.

Depends on how far North you want to go Stainy. Better chance heading East.

......and south.

That's like being non-religious, dying, going to heaven and telling God,

"Nah, sorry mate. Don't let me in. I don't believe in you."

You might want to try the areas around Lake Eppalock and Lake Warranga and the region in between. It's pretty dry bush, with a few streams through it and a few springs. You might find something of interest in the area, but as Dean says, further east of Melbourne is more likely.

Hint: Take a metal detector with you. It doesn't hurt to find a gold nugget or two while your looking.

Cheers

Folcrom.
