Hey all, just seeing if anyone on here has any information on why the YouTube show The Yowie Files stopped suddenly after 3 episodes? It stopped 11 months ago but the bloke runnin it said he would come back with new episodes but never did?

It was a good show, good listening (to me anyways), I thought it may take off and we have our own version of Sasquatch Chronicles down ere.... anyways happy Australia Day all

I heard that he is just busy at the moment with other priorities . Apparently he'll be back .

Work commitments I believe. I have been asked to to a poddy with him to which I said yes. So when time allows I guess the show will go on.

So...... any update on The Yowie Files ? The YouTube channel...... Does anyone have anything at all ?

Early 2017 I was in contact with Roger, he wanted to interview my uncle about an encounter he had..
He seemed really excited about upcoming shows etc, and mentioned ABC radio were going to do an interview with them, even go to some sighting locations..
Well, that was the last I heard from him, and my uncle never heard from him either. I emailed him 6 months later with no reply..
At the time it seemed very odd, like he just dropped off the face of the earth.. Its some what comforting to know he is still alive, that show had a lot potential for sure...

I’ve heard so many others say this about Roger, meaning he was always keen to release more eps...Even wrote to me on YouTube saying more are coming... Then booom nothing.

Who knows what could of happened in his private life or something like that....I just really enjoyed his shows.

Have bit my tounge not wanting to publicly say this but I am going to be “that guy” right now: MAKES YOU WONDER IF HE WAS SPOKEN TO BY GOVERNMENT.

To be honest, I thought the same thing.. It doesn't quite add up why he would just go dark like that..

There's nothing sinister going on .... he just has other priorities and yowies (at the moment) aren't one of them .

Thanks Rusty for clearing that up for us. That was my first thought, never know what’s going on in the private lives of others. Hope Roger is well and hope we hear again from him one day... if not that is fine too. Peace

I highly doubt a New Zealander who has Uploaded only 3 Witness Reports - over as many years, mostly filled with friendly banter, is anywhere close to being an interest to Australian National Security.

I had my issues many years ago. Sure, it was Epic. It does happen. However someone with only 3 Youtube uploads wouldn’t have much to worry about.
