Interesting. I'd have to hand identification of that one by someone like Gary Opit if anyone has a contact. If its out of the ordinary he'll know what the sound is or isn't.

The noise doesn't sound very far from the person filming. I wonder what happens before & after the shown footage? Hmmmmm...

It's Koalas making that sound, as Terrifying it sounds it's just Koalas. Would scare the s#@t outta ya if you were camping nearby.

Dan's on point... sounds like a female during mating season. The fellas are more guttural and even scarier sounding.

Defiantly a koala , the first time I heard similar , I was by myself and very nearly handed in my man card and run off squealing , until
I found the source of the commotion

I was shown the original video just tonight and this Aussie video is a fake. The original is from America that was taken about 2 years ago, the sound has just been added to a film here. Another hoaxer using someone else's work.

Yep definitely a Koala. Someone is either horny or got kicked out of a tree or both.
