The audio isnt great and its quite hard to hear but really good story.

No, the narrating of their story. Some American YouTube channels that I'm interested in when interviewing guest speakers are notoriously difficult to listen to with their southern accents and wording making it a challenge as is some of ours in Australia.

I listened to the interview and I rate the quality very high in all aspects including interviewee, interviewer, sound quality, and the pacing. Nice work!
