Why create a 7hr fake UFO Video

Hi guys, just curious as to why someone would create a 7hr vid on something that is fake. Any guesses as to why and can you work out what the object actually is. My take is that it's a reflection of a rotating device (cannot work out what it is yet) onto the window.

It's just the same 2 minute clip looped for 7 hours. Watch the birds...
