New book: Devolution: A Firsthand Account of the Rainier Sasquatch Massacre

Unread post by Yowie_Nakamoto »

Max Brooks (son of Mel) is a well known author who wrote World War Z (subsequently ruined in the Brad Pitt movie adaptation) which was the only book I have read in my adult life that gave me real 'wake up terrified' nightmares.

He's now written a book on a fictional account of a massacre perpetrated by a tribe of Sasquatch on a 'high tech village' after a volcanic eruption in north west USA... It's not out yet but this article explores his writing process and a bit about his motivation. I'm really looking forward to it, and very much hope they do an audiobook of a similar quality to the one they did to World War Z which was absolutely fantastic.
