Hi
First time poster here but I have a little story to tell from a guide of the Tasmanian bush

Now a very credible person told me of the destruction of a small pocket of Tasmanian Tigers that were kept secret by protective locals. Up to just 20 years ago numerous tigers were still roaming and there location known by numerous people. But in these people’s wisdom to try to protect them, there secrets also lead to there distraction. Well the last tigers left in that location.

The big timber/ forrest company Gunns in there ways of running things in Tasmania, had been having trouble planting seeds for a new harvest. As it was the animals in the national park that would come out and eat the freshly planted tree seeds. So the Wallabies and Kangaroos and anything else which would need to be stopped, were! By Gunns dropping poisoned carrots and other veggies by helicopter over the new plantation site.that seemed like nice food for the animals of the forest. So since that event those last tigers are now gone. As the sightings had disappeared for the protective locals. Thanks

Thank you, this coincide with the baiting of Wallabies indeed...

I can only guess, we are talking about the North East Tasmania here?
