I'm too scared to go into the bush

Unread post by believepodcast »

We welcome Haydie to the show to share the terrifying encounters she has had over the past decade. From tree structures to an attack on her horse, she now feels like she can no longer venture into the bush in fear of her own safety.

I'm just listening to this podcast now, I won't use the words 'terrifying encounters' but rather, terrifying confrontations, Especially the second confrontation at Capella where by Haydie's description is telling me she and and her friend were being 'hunted'.

Out of all the reports Dean has complied there are none that have the constant clapping deccribed, it was almost as if the two women were being rounded up (much like rounding up cattle), Then when the smell was first detected, It seemed like that was a signal whatever it was was going to attack, I believe the women were very lucky.

As for Blackdown Table land, It has always been a spooky area, Beautiful but scary, My father was a stockman for most of his life through the 40's 50's 60's, he used to ride through Blackdown rounding up cattle, from his stories I can remember, he always had reservations going through that area.

I'm interested to hear other members take of Haydie's experiences.

cheers

Why would someone who is initiated to the existence of yowies go for a 5am hike in the bush? By them self?
Weird.
I’m not saying I don’t believe her…but who walks into the bush while feeling watched?

Story sounded good, but 1 thing for sure is that the horses tail dock was not touched by a yowie. There not scratch marks at all. The horse has qld itch, ridges appear in the dock exactly like that when they itch and rub the hair out of there tails. There are thousands of horses out there with it. The tail hair is dry also with flakes of mange on the rest of the hair.It needs a wash, good wormer and Calafea oil put on it and it will stop the horse from rubbing.2 other pics of horses with queensland itch.
