Re: Interview: Yowie Hunting with Dean Harrison Pt 1 & 2
Thanks for sharing this, I really enjoyed it.
The break down of the footage of both Yowies standing back to back of each other to prevent being stalked by something/someone, wouldn't that something/someone be the AYR team considering they know you frequent their territory and most likely are aware of your intentions to spot them (like the Blue Mountains Yowie), and you say that this is what they do as a defense tactic not to get attacked by something else or spotted by the team.
I've been around for a while, had my own experiences, done my own research, reading and now watching various Australian reports (the YouTube channel is great), I knew of the big guys and little guys, the various "big cats" and Thylacines but to my surprise I did not know there are other bipedal creatures, what do we know about these creatures and where to start? Could it just be the heat signatures being processed by the equipment is messing up what you're seeing? for example blurring when taking a photo, or how video at distance becomes distorted?
And in referencing the part of "melting pot of DNA" and taking into account the various sightings of different looking Yowies such as one with cone shaped heads for example, would it be just a case of different species of Yowie and then their actions could be put down to territorial disputes and self preservation?
For me, looking at the other bipedal creatures Buck captured on the thermals, I have trouble working out how it looks like, it's outline etc, are there any drawings etc that can be shared to give a better idea on how these other creatures look like? or act like?
