It's been around for a few years.
I think it's been analysed by Thinker Thunker.
Only a few frames are clear but it's pretty compelling...the thing is huge.
I have seen the original which includes the comments in Russian, which adds another layer of authenticity (if you understand Russian).

A human cannot move that fast in a ghillie suit. The muscularity of the back and arms and length of the arms suggests to me this is genuine.

Definitely. And he’d have to be wearing a pretty big suit with stilts. the arm span of it when it jumps over log is massive.
