Our thoughts and prays are with the family.
I can see two possibilities before even considering anything strange;
1. She is the victim of a well planned abduction (by human hands) by someone well familiar with the area, waiting till no one was awake, took the child in her sleeping bag and left.
2. The child woke up, feeling adventurous decided to take her sleeping bag and head towards the ocean. But this is less likely as the waters were thoroughly search (by boat, chopper and ADF drones) with no signs of her and her sleeping bag.
Again, our thoughts go to the family.

There appears to be an ever-increasing number of people going missing in strange, discerning circumstances both young and old. Cleo apparently was sleeping in another part of the tent on her own. Do not separate yourself from your child for any reason especially in a remote area like the Blowholes.
Hope and pray she is found safe and well.

Apparently the zip was too high for her to reach. So concerning that some kind of foul play is involved.

The disappearance of Cleo is more than tragic.
Humans are the worst kind of predator.
The scariest thing you could see looking out of your window is another person looking in?
Its terrifying to think that you go camping in a beautiful, remote location and a human predator is observing you the whole time and making a decision.
I hope with all my heart that this tragic event has a positive outcome and Cleo is reunited with her family soon.
