No

Re: Bed/ nest structures
I am trying to post some pics Of nests I have located, just not sure how to attach pics, will work on it today
The structures I have found are all similar in location, in that they are all on the northern side of a leaning tree, made up primarily of grass tussucks, one in articulate had what I can only describe as a pillow, the tussucks were laid in such away that the roots of the tussucks were on the outside of the pillow structure, so that any dirt was on the sides,if you know what I mean

Re: Bed/ nest structures
One particular bed I located I monitored it for a couple of years, as described before it was positioned under a tree leaning to the north
This was the first structure I had found, it was approx 6-7ft in length approx 40”” wide and about 30-40 cm in height
I was made up entirely of grass and tussucks and sitting on top of the grass on the right sidewas a stick about a metre in length, this structure changed over the 2 years I watched it, in spring summer autumn the grass was alway replenished as it decomposed and always that stick stayed on that side of the bed.
In winter there was no activity, the bed would just decompose to dry grass, but once spring came around again it was all new and once again the stick would be back on top of the grass in that same position,
My theory is that the stick was a weapon and that the animals came back to the aerial when the Morton bay figs were coming into fruit.
I didn’t mention in my previous post with the pillow bed, at the side of it was a pile of small rocks, the rocks being about the size of a plum, these were definitely placed beside the bed as the grass underneath was still green, not decomposed and dirt as you would suspect. These too I believe were weapons
