Gold Coast bulletin is running a story on a fine that the YH has received from the State Government. All of the news is pay to read though. Is this just click bait or is there an actual story here?

All i can read on it is that Dean received a 5K fine from the Qld government.

It looked like a speeding violation for $5805 with a triple penalty. Not yowie related.
