i reckon its a seal pup,maybe aborted,or just died early.laying in the sun probably drying/hardening the skin...???i just guessing,but it doesnt look like a new,cryptic creature to me.

At first I thought it was a deformed, miscarried dog fetus.
However, having looked at again, I think it's a skinned cat! It looks like a job for the RSPCA.

couldnt be a seal cuz theres no fins, couldnt be a cat because the head is too large... looks to be a dog... weird

i dunno the more i look at it the more it gets me, cause most hoaxs are just put there and photographed, but the sand has had time to settle around this telling me its sat the for atleast a day..... dunno what it is, but without a something too size it up against it is hard too make a informed call on it
