More fakery, this time purportedly from Western Aus.

So this fool of a 'woman' (you never really know who is who on social media) made a post on a Yowie page on Facebook this afternoon, purporting to have found a 'huge print by the waterline' somewhere in WA. It didn't take long for people to figure out it was a pretty ordinary Photoshop job, and the Admin removed the post in due course. Just another moron intentionally stirring s#@t, but it was sad how many people who commented seemed to have zero critical thinking skills.
I had a problem with a peculiarly 'smooth' area of sand, and said so. You can see in this image, that the Photoshopper dragged the 'blur'/'smoothing' tool which removed all signs of sand grains in the red oval here;

Then another fella agreed with me, and identified how the poster had copied another part of the image from mid-bottom to upper right, plus of course, the smooth area, which ANOTHER woman also pointed out. It was a piss-poor attempt, yet many commenters defended the poster, attacking commenters who were showing their ability to think critically, and examine the photo for interference. I know we all would love to know for sure and get some kind of unassailable footage or a body, but wanting so badly can blind people to reality.

The copied section, in red.
