A. Hey Night Walker, I only know of two and the details are sketchy. 
The first was some guy in Vic somewhere? January.... I can't find the post at the moment, give me a second.... or couple of days...
The second was from Dean Harrison.... and he was attacked.
.... I'm sure you are aware of that one. 
I haven't heard of anything else lately from Australia this year.... but it is only March!
