So, please, give me your analyses of the footprints. Please show a comparison with any other Yowie footprint (not one of yours, obviously) that is even remotely similar. Tell me your footprint cast is not most likely to be from a human foot. If from a human foot it is most likely to be from one of the team. Whether it is deliberate or not - I don't know. It is quite possible that one of you had reason to stroll around barefoot. In that case, my accusation of hoaxing may be too harsh.

However, I question why a most-likely human foot print is included as part of your "evidence" of the alleged incident in the first place. Did any of you even for a moment NOT think it was a Yowie footprint? It is highly suspicious.

I don't know if this was a prank gone wrong or what but I just want it on the record that I think there is something very wrong about this whole incident. I am new to "Yowie research" but I simply don't find the information of AYR to be credible.

Continue the personal attacks, if you must, but I encourage everyone to take a long hard look at the "evidence". Evaluate it objectively for yourselves. It simply does not stack up. I call on Dean Harrison to come clean on this one. The whole thing is just so not right.

I'm making a stand here.

I hereby boycott this Forum until sanity is restored.

This is not personal. This is about Yowie Research.

We are all liars. We fabricate evidence. This site is devoted to non truth - that is what we are all about. Our lives are meaningless and have nothing better to do, plus we wish to be famous.

Is this what you wish to hear?

I just said it.

I said it so you can now sleep at night.

Many nights I don't sleep. Not for reasons concerning lying. For reasons that pertain I/we often don't discuss (sometimes do), and have a hard time getting over.

If you know better than I/we, and have the gravel beaten into you face from all the hard work over you have done over many years, and can still stand up and speak openly and honestly with out fear of being put down, your a better Man than me.

Nobody has all the answers. The "simple" people seem to. The people who have never walked a step in our shoes.

Best to you.

Feel free to know it all - I know I dont, regardless of of the roads I have travelled.

I remember knowing everything when I first began. The more steps I took, the less I knew.

Being new to "Yowie Research" I am in the fortunate position of not being tied to particular ideologies nor to friendship loyalties. I don't have all the answers - but I question everything and everyone. I question AYR practices because no-one else does - you don't even question yourselves. It's like you are all reading from the same script that no-one questions. This is not good for in-depth enquiry.

I am through here. The Forum is a great idea but from a research point of view the information you provide is self-serving and suspect. If the alleged 02/01/2009 encounter was truly as significant as the Ormeau one then all your encounters must now be put under greater scrutiny because the 02/01/2009 incident is extremely suspect for multiple reasons (including the very human footprint cast which I see has yet to be "analysed" by any of you). However, I am interested in investigating Yowies not Yowie Hunters. I have leant much here but unfortunately it is of the what-not-to-do variety.

I would like to publicly thank Sticky Fingers for his work on the Artwork Project - it has given me valuable leads for my research. He is a true gentleman - always helpful and friendly - and is the true gem of the Forum.

I wish AYR well but I hope you do take steps to address the many concerns I have previously raised which taints your data with an obvious bias. I stand by my claim that there is something not right here. I cannot, in good conscience, remain at a place where there is more evidence for misidentification and/or fabrication yet these options are not even considered.

I will continue on with my research and always welcome the input and participation of others (I can be contacted directly via the email address supplied on my profile). Being in the Australia bush at night is a wonderful experience - don't buy into all this violent Yowie hype. It is BS.

Best Wishes.

...NightWalker... this is sad to read from my point of view my friend... personally... I have totally enjoyed your enquisitive mind and nature... I am going to miss that... but as you have probably discovered... differing opinions and perceptions tend to invoke sometimes rather heated and sometimes quite volatile debates... and sadly when responses sometimes come back at you in a heated manner... it can tend to make you lose heart in your stance leading to you giving up and finally pulling the pin on contributing to the forums... it's a shame really... but sometimes it's inevitable I'm afraid (cries) ...

...I do wish you all the best in your own future endeavours... but please... do me a favour... don't stop coming in and occasionally check out future developments with all the revamping that sweet Lasso is in the process of doing... besides... sometimes when you step out of something for a while... your thoughts and ideas tend to clarify situations... perhaps you may even want to post some of your own research and results within these forums that you discover in the future... thankyou very much for the kind words Nightwalker... I do appreciate them... but again my friend... I do wish you all the best in your own future endeavours (thumb up) (rad) ... cheers... Stickyfingers. (cool)

Yeah real shame...

You know it's weird... someone puts their credibility on the line and risks humiliation and ostracism, you call them a liar, and then THEY take offense... hmmm

I just read Mr. Night Walker's analysis of my footprint photo on the BF forum. (Mind you, a two megapixel photo taken with my cell phone, and shot in poor lighting, just to get it on the board!) I particularly enjoyed the part where similarity between the cast and my foot is maintained, despite the cast only bearing four toes. It also amuses me that a request for an in-depth analysis of the print was made two days ago, and because I haven't delivered, AYR must be hiding something, which is cause for a hissy fit!

Unfortunately, a proper in-depth analysis of that print was never going to be possible for a whole range of reasons beyond my control. Any proper analysis done regarding that print is going to be hampered by insufficient data and there's nothing I despise more than being less than thorough.
