Hey Dean

Unread post by MAGZDA »

Hey dean, Mark gunton here from tassie. yeah I went up to lake dulverton the other day and did a scout of the area but did not se or hear anything. I went into that cave and saw the dead sheep. One thing did strike me as weird. There was no front legs and the head was about 5 metres from the body. And there was still abit of hair/fur on the sheeps right back leg near the foot.
The thing is, why would a sheep for 1: walk down trough prickles and mud and go into a cave?. 2: have lost it's head?

To tell u the truth I don't realy know what to think of it.
I belive it was once there but now moved on somewhere
else that isn't as open. Call me rank but I accualy put the sheep skull in a bag(gloves) and brought it home.

Take it ezy, mark

Hi Mark,

I'd be very interested to see 'in situ' pictures of the carcass you found. Can you PM me some pics?

Cheers,

Ruby

Darren, i think there was a bigfoot in the cave but has moved on from that spot.

Everyone, my digi cams batteries r dead untill i get new ones. shouldn't be too long. im going back up there to camp at the end of the month with some friends.
I asked the guy who owned the land if he'd seen bigfoot.
he just laughed and went back to rounding up his sheep on his 4 weeler.

No name other than few Aboriginal names - still a Yowie in our terms.

I personally find it hard to believe and nave never spoken to a witness that has encountered one over 9-12ft. 7-8ft is the norm for the big ones.

There is Aboriginal legend that speaks of the Giant Quinken in Northern Australia which is said to be 16-18ft or so, but I doubt it. Not many reports of such size in recent times anyway.
