I read the book on this encounter and I have to say it was amazing to me for several reasons. The types of ETs in the encounter.... they are not the conventional Greys but I am aware of several international reports describing similar beings.... the majority of wood-be researchers or even hoaxers would not be aware of this.
Also, the encounter itself was somewhat bizarre and implied that the beings were 'negative'. I have read a lot of abduction accounts but this one is definitely one of the more stranger ones I`ve read about.
I thought it was interesting that there was a similar case in Victoria (again, on the out edges of Melbourne) 11 months later (July, 1994)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VJwBFmM_8aw. There were a lot of similarities including the car stalking, the description of the craft, and even repeated encounters in the preceeding weeks.
It was an interesting case..but..I cannot remember if she could ever recollect the beings before or possibly after hypnosis.
The voice over even says "kelly says it wasnt until weeks later that she "remembered" getting out of the car that night".
So that means no memory of aliens/stopping/other cars etc..until weeks later..which is strange
She remembered observing the UFO.... but didn`t remember the ET component until later.
The other witnesses Jane, glenda and bill were never interviewed by anyone other than supposedly one person...
There was never any proof they actually existed.
The ground traces were primarily from a magnetometer..yet that story fell apart when the person who claimed to have borrowed the device and made measurements could not even prove he had the device and refused to elaborate to multiple questions..the farmers who owned the land were never approached for permission..etc etc etc
This one "researcher" bumbled the whole case which became a complete debacle..
I do think kelly was a good witness..!! and appears to be sincere and honest..
Yer, it appears that the research methedology was somewhat questionable.... if these 'other witnesses' actually exist which I`ll give the researcher involved the benefit of the doubt that they do.... then this is a groundbreaking case as their independent recollections and drawings verify Cahill`s testimony.
