My thoughts exactly Mr X - but whose marker?
Ever since I have become "Yowie aware" I can't help but look for signs now.
- guess I am hooked - well, totally intrigued anyway.
Wondering if the vocalisations ARE from our hairy friends, this one would seem to be more friendly than a lot of other encounters - no screaming or charging, just greeting. Makes me wonder if it is a female (no offense intended fellas) or perhaps a juvenile - would explain why the sapling broken is only a little one.
I guess it is all hypothetical at this point.

Thanks for your eagle eyes - I checked the vid when I read "behind the log" - and I saw it before you posted the pics - we were looking at the same thing. Can you see at .20 it seems to crouch down and then you can't see it? I think I can actually see it move into a crouch position - which is probably what it would do, having exposed itself by vocalising, and getting a scared response. Again, this is all conjecture, and I know people see what they want to see, but it seems a pretty big coincidence. Let me know what you think about the crouch/ bob down I can see. I would be interested also if others agree.

Wow, your techie skills are very useful!
For anyone looking at the pics, I would encourage them to look at the vid again carefully. I found myself looking right up the top of the shot saying "put the camera up a little bit!" haha. I think that the moving pictures give a better view, although I had to watch a few times to catch the crouching movement, as it is tricky with the images moving around. But I found myself yelling "gotcha!" when I could finally focus my eyes on the movement and caught the crouch/ disappearance.
Still interested to know if it is just us who can see it though...
thanks for taking the time to look and satisfy my curiosity!

I had to go through the YouTube video frame by frame for about 10 minutes.. but I see what you're seeing. Something is crouching down. I can't say what, because I don't know, but - whatever it is didn't want to be seen at all.

...maybe that "Hello" was a mother calling out for its juvenile that just happened to be taking a look at two guys with a video camera?
..people don't tend to notice him standing there in the last frames..

Nice find with the footage guys.... its hard to say for sure but I wouldn`t be surprised if you guys are onto something there.....

However, its not enough for the sceptics or cynics as they will throw this one into the blobsquatch category - but it is interesting little find for the believers. I wouldn`t lose any sleep with the cynics though as nothing short of a one on one interview or a body will appease them.

In regards to the authenticity of the footage I have no reason to believe that it is fraudulent. Bigroly has previously been on this topic stating that it is legit ! I have previously sent him a personal email in which he responded along the same line.... Now, for someone trying to hoax why would you even bother getting onto a forum like this and stating your case.... what is there to gain??? Unlike the cynics I like to view a case believing the witness to be telling the truth, until proven otherwise.... Bigroly hasn`t presented anything which would at this stage cast doubt on what he claims to have happened.

I actually went to the area in question early in 2010 and I can say that it is an extremely eerie, isolated place. I was only in the area a short time and didn`t experience or find anything strange.... but again, it does have an incredibly eerie feel about it!

In regards to the 'hello' I am just going to have a bit of open speculation here..... I feel the 'hello' would more likely be a mimick of our language... as opposed to the creature/s having an actual understanding of English. If you think about it, then "hello" may be a term the creature has heard before. For instance, say you were in the bush and heard a strange noise or thought someone might be moving around your camp.... a common response from a human would be "Hello" to query if someone is there. If this creature has had some previous form of close contact with humans then this may very well be a term it has heard... and which has been directed towards it.

Another consideration is the fact that many researchers beleive that Bigfoots/Yowies are quite skilled at mimicking the noises of other animals..... this may have been a conscious attempt on the creaturess behalf to initiate some form of response from a sound that it has previously heard coming from humans???

I guess we attempt the same thing. A lot of the Bigfoot researchers in the US will attempt to mimick Bigfoot calls and even play audio of reported Bigfoot recordings in order to initiate a response or some form of activity. It stands to reason that a Bigfoot or Yowie may attempt the very same thing.... after all, one thing I have learned is that these guys are extremely intelligent, highly inquisitive, and should not be underestimated.

Interesting video. Not sure what to make of it, but apart from that I just loved the bit right at the end and the comment with it. That really did sound genuine enough. Looks like they weren't going to hang around. :)
