All this talk of a Vic field trip has made me think.

Us banana benders should meet up. We cant let all these texans :P :wink: have all the fun. Will be good to catch up for all I think :) .

Sounds great!
How about an expedition around the Gympie / Kilkievan area? I'm sure there was a regular visitor here, not so long ago, who was hotly pursuing bush goings ons in the Kilkievan area........don't recall who that was, though.....

Does anyone know of any other / hotter Queensland areas right now?

Either area is good but my vote would be for the Jimna - Kenilworth - Kilkivan area.

Went for a drive thru the Border Ranges area at night about a week ago, while taking my daughter home & never saw any signs :( in the (small) section that I went through.

How does this sound to everyone.

Meet up at saturday around lunchtime at selected area.

Stay that night and have another look round the next morning.

Any other thoughts / Ideas ??

The road between Charlie Morelans and Jimna Sunday Creek Rd. Kenilworth Worth the drive at night. Camping grounds at Charlie Morelans they have toilets showers and fireplace. Drive 15 mins and your in Kenilworth

Any areas worth a look are of great interest to myself and no doubt anyone else reading.
