If there's already a thread about this, by all means merge this with it, but I see this book come up on evilBay from time to time and figure someone might be interested when copies turn up. It really is the most fascinating and in-depth book.

FYI we republished Savage Shadow last year (RRP$35) with additional photographs and a foreword written by his widow, and another written by myself and Mike.
The new version is cheaper than most of the secondhand copies. We republished it because it was such a hard book to find, and of course it's so damn good - a crypto classic.
