Hi there people
I know this was talked about on a previous board, but has there been any other reports for the upper Blue mountains? I've heard there used to be some around Evans Lookout but that it was quite dead now ...
I had some experiences on the other side at Shipley and Megalong a few years back but since living in town....nothing!

Some interesting stories there Wokka. I know the area you are talking about and yes the "jungle like" scrub that runs off both sides of Shipley is near impenetrable.
Thanks Phil. Another great spot is Hargraves Lookout. I'd often lookout toward Oberon way and down toward Kanangra -Boyd and think...anything could hide easily out there and survive.

The Wild Dog Mountains still have great tracks of land that white man has not even set foot yet.

ive been intrested in yowies ,like the american bigfoot for years, i was allso a former member of 2 ufo reserch groups in the 70s and i dazel into electronics , of which i beleave may be usefull in the yowie feild,
man, those stories are cool. gives me the creeps reading them. like, as a kid, the yowie really is a monster; as opposed to an animal we think of now.
I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside. Run. He's fuzzy. Get outta here.
Thanks Alex. I'm sure there's heaps more stuff that could be told. I have heard more but the ones I've put down are the ones I remember more thoroughly. And your right, when your a kid and these things happen, it's in league with horror movie stuff.
