If that's the best photo one can possibly take of something dead that cannot run and hide, then.........well........he really needs to rethink his obviously lacking photography skills.

It's actually a dead Llama/Alpaca. Bottom left, you can see a head/face.
..people don't tend to notice him standing there in the last frames..
