This is a Soap Box section of our Forum where those who hold passionate views/opinions regarding various aspects of Theology, Creation, Religion, Paranormal etc - pertaining to the Yowie can be POLITELY debated, away from our mainstream friendly Yowie / Bigfoot Discussion Board.
Be kind to each other. Our standard rules of etiquette and behaviour apply in all areas of our Forum.
themanfromglad wrote:They possibly can recharge their batteries from our electrical appliances. I have a couple of spirit buddies that like to hang out in close vicinity to electrical appliances like TV sets and computer screens. Batteries would be another good source for them. I suspect that the electricity is like a food substitute for them. We eat to recharge our batteries as well.
How would they have recharged before we invented electrical appliances?
The explanation is in the sentence preceding the sentence that you quoted.
"The Feds confirmed to them that all of the interdimensional people use the electricity in the air to recharge their batteries, at that time. Electrical appliances would probably provide a more rapid recharge."
So far on this board, I receive only questions. I have not yet heard of one single person performing field experiments to confirm my predictions.
That's the way it should be. For me personally, when I read someone's idea on the forum and to me it sounds highly unlikely, I'm in no rush to go out and try it.
I'm still concerned that to confirm your predictions one must see nothing. Many times I have been in the bush and heard noises from things I can't see, is that all?
Rather than us performing experiments to confirm your predictions, can you explain how your 'invisible bigfoot' can be recorded or observed by some sort of instrumentation? Surely they interact in some detectable way and I'm guessing you've thought about this.
If you are looking for instrumentation from which you get a positive result, as opposed to instrumentation that you get a negative result as in "nothing visible from the location from where loud noises came from", please check back to this board in about 100 years. Maybe then a camera will be available that can see into another dimension.
Another alternative would be to completely sweep an area clear of footprints. Then with continous monitoring, you happen to hear a noise from that area and then go in and find footprints. Which would clearly be a nearly impossible task. Bigfoot don't leave footprints everywhere they go. Yowie should be the same.
If you had some method of generating a steam or smoke cloud, they may part that cloud if they walk through it while invisible. Good luck building that experiment as well.
My experiment still appears to remain the only financial affordable one, that has any reasonable chances of being successful. If you do it enough times, you will see the pattern forming that tends to support the notion that they are invisible most of the time around humans.
"The only deviation would from those books would likely be the subset of "free" quanta strings, having properties that are attributed to anything."
I'm aware of quantum physics, manfromglad, just not the deviation you refer to. The deviation you refer to is pseudoscience.
"If you don't believe in UFO's, aliens and crop circles being their kind way of introducing their presence, then you probably should steer clear of the paranormal Bigfoot/Yowie as well."
I believe that people believe they have interacted with ufos, aliens, and that some crop circles may be difficult to explain. Are you suggesting a link between each of these phenomena, such as an archetype experience to explain them all?
As for strong electromagnetic fields and sightings, about ten years ago, I performed a field experiment by going to a specific rural area under high power lines, the next day following a detailed sighting. I felt the unease and then the audible sounds of what my mind interpreted as a very large man getting up, going bersek and smashing branches against trees, and then walking away. I didn't actually see anything odd. Though audible, what happened to me could still be classed as Pareidolia.
Interestingly, and relevant to all researchers in this field is lab experiments suggest strong electromagnetic fields can have at least two effects on a human being.
The first is: 1. Induce panic, disorientation, and deep fear "Although some kinds of electromagnetic fields, applied to certain areas of the brain, pacify people and put them in a good mood, others are said to induce fear. Sometimes people report a persistent, if mild, sense of unease. Others have a more visceral response, feelings of despair and paranoia, sliding into overwhelming terror." io9 we come from the future
The second is: 2. Make you see ghosts
Electromagnetic fields, or electric shocks, have induced specific hallucinations in people. Those who are exposed to them, even in laboratory settings, have caused people to complain about a feeling of people following them, talking to them, or watching them. This is not always an uncomfortable sensation. Some people interpret this presence as a malevolent presence, especially if it's coupled with a feeling of unease, but others say they felt an inspiring or comforting presence. io9 we come from the future
Another effect is: "Electromagnetic fields interfere with the function of the temporal lobe; therefore, the electromagnetic field creates an altered state of perception in which visual and auditory hallucinations occur." Shadow people by Michelle Caduff
