Some of these episodes sound great. I haven't heard of animalx before. Do you know when and where they might have been shown?

On the animal planet channel, it was on at 1pm and i think maybe early in the morning, you'd have to check guides but it is a good show.

Hey all.

I've just finished watchin' the bigfoot doco on Animal X and boy was that good. Researchers went camping and during the night something was walking around grunting and howling. It then triped over the corner of the tent and crashed to the ground. Also it searched through their bags.

They were disgusing stuff about the Florida Skunk-Ape and showing afew eye-witnesses who have taken photos of the beast. I hope they do more doco's on bigfoot. Was very cool!

Cheers

Hi Guys,

By way of contrast, the Is It Real? Bigfoot doco that aired on National Geographic recently was full of skeptics who dissed everything including the Patterson footage. The preceding programs (Ghosts, Crop Circles) were equally lame and featured so-called experts such as renowned skeptics James Randi and Richard Wiseman.

Admittedly some of the 'talent' they featured in the bigfoot episode was pretty awful - chief among them a woman who claimed to be friends with a family of bigfoot-type creatures who often stopped by her home to borrow garlic   (and possibly sugar?) and a crazy German guy who camped out in her front yard mapping the creatures' family tree.

Had to be seen to be believed. Most definitely funded by a skeptic group! Possibly http://www.CSICOP.org?

Cheers,

Ruby

:P

To be honest I just caught it then, and I dont think its that bad as a whole, just a few  ....

Janice Coy and friends were the biggest (but ive read all about them before), followed by Bob H, then that whacky footprint guy  he does have a good point on the surface, but go more than 2 prints in a row and he is in limbo

We got to see Dr. Meldrum and Chillcut (sp) two thumbs up 8) those two alone more than make up the few "drop kicks" :x

The patty eyebrow wink was interesting

I didnt mind it as a whole :P
