car encounters

hey

i am just wondering why there are so many car encounters,
my only thought is that many that encouter them on foot dont live to tell the tale thats why there are more car tales.

another question why has no one hit a yowie?
yes there big and easy to see on a road but you
swearve and it moves, theres a good chance

another thought i had was that maybe they ar'nt scared of car because they never get hit, they just think the car will slow down and or stop.

As for you first question, I think its just because you cover alot more area, pure and simple. Im still kicking so I can assure you, not everyone that encounters them on foot gets harmed

i knew it was stupid thing to say the thing about not living to tell the tale thing but i really could not think of another reason (im a bit of an idiot )

theres that report about the guy using 5 roung of a shotgun on one then this one getting hit by a car it makes me think about there lfe span i mean there could may well be 120 year old yowies out there. how is it that somthing can simply get up or even stalk a person after being hit by a car doing medium - high speed
