I realise that the site obviously isnt that reputable, and the article itself is rubbish,

but nevertheless I thought the video to be quite interesting and thought provoking,

especially after seeing the videos that Rusty recently captured.

I can go with the ball lightning explanation with the resulting plasma field dissipating omni-directionally until neutralised.

I see no need to invoke alien portals, class B hyperdrive interstellar cruisers or whatever.
