Yowies in the paper
Again...
... this time the local budgie cage liner called the Gold Coast Bulletin did a story on a local Brisbane researcher by the name of Jason Healy, if I recall... I took a photo of the story on my phone and will post it when I am next in my office computational device.
Is this the same chap as Jason H? Of Yowie Claw fame?

Re: Yowies in the paper
I love his work. He's the successor to Alby Mangles in terms of his total believability as a researcher. All he's lacking is a bikini girl and a bull terrier.
I do wonder what motivates these people, though...can someone really be so addicted to attention that they'd be willing to publicly humiliate themselves repeatedly? I suppose he's living proof...that Yowie Claw video looks like something a sixteen year old would do after they'd sculled half a goonbag of white wine.

Perhaps they need to be warned, particularly about his photo of a possum masquerading as something larger.Daggzy B wrote:Again...

Is it wrong that I wish he'd encounter a real Yowie, poo his pants, and then end up living in a Kibbutz and changing his name to Isaiah?

Mysterious hairy hominids, accidental defecation and religion - what a combination!Simon M wrote:Is it wrong that I wish he'd encounter a real Yowie, poo his pants, and then end up living in a Kibbutz and changing his name to Isaiah?

This guy cracks me up.
I love the article where it says that his 'vision on youtube' had over a million hits. If thats not encouraging this type of fake news I don't know what is!?

It's over a million people staring in disbelief at the Yowie Claw video before busting a gut with laughter. At least he's brought some humour into people's lives - it's what clowns do.ChrisV wrote:This guy cracks me up.

Re: Yowies in the paper
I am sure I remember reading one of his comments on Rusty's channel (or perhaps it was on this forum?) asking how to increase his 'hits', or words to that effect.Simon M wrote:It's over a million people staring in disbelief at the Yowie Claw video before busting a gut with laughter. No doubt the GCBulletin story was another attempt at monetising his own channel.

Yes the Yowie claw video was brilliant. I mean if your looking for something to laugh at - like those parody videos in the US by Butchy Kid ...
But if it was meant to be serious...then....errr......well thats awkward.
