Sorry Guys, I'm sure this question has probably already been asked before but i was curious. I notice that there are very few reports if any based in the N.T or W.A which makes me think that maybe these creatures are affected by heat i'd like to hear if anyone else has a theory on this. I only ask because most of the reports i've read predominantly come from south qld or nsw where the weather is (usually cool) and not let's say from somewhere like Rockhampton where as i currently look at my thermometer it reads 47000c (not really but it feels like it).
Cheers

The Great Dividing Range provides a good climate, plenty of food, water and shelter. Plus it is so vast and mostly un-explored in parts that it is the ideal escape from we Humans.

Lack of reports could mean lack of people! If there are few travellers to see them, no reports! I believe Wally knows stories of a 'smaller-type' yowie or 'little hairy man', which, I believe, tend to prefer dessert regions.
