In 1973 the Political Parties created their own "Australia" "Commonwealth" by changing the Constitutional Definitions, a name written on paper. NO People and NO Land = TREASON .
This was done while sitting in OUR Parliament House = TREASON
The Contrary intention has never been changed back so every time the word "Australia" or "Commonwealth" is used in any Federal or State Legislation or Council of Australian Governments (COAG) it refers back to the Political Parties definition = TREASON.
The Australia Constitution recognizes the Australia Act 1986 for a sovereign, independent sovereign nation and is copyrighted to the Commonwealth of Australia which is registered in Washington DC (District of Columbia) =TREASON
Even though the Preamble and the first 6 Clauses are there they are NOT read or recognized = TREASON.
The Australia Act 1986 (Clth) was done UNDER the Political Parties definition of Australia = TREASON
The Australia Act (UK) was done UNDER the Founding and Primary Law, Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901 as Proclaimed and Gazetted definitions.
The People of the Commonwealth of Australia as established UNDER the Founding and Primary Law, Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901 as Proclaimed and Gazetted are a Constitutional Monarchy. This is made very clear in
Chapter II – The Executive Government
61 Executive power
The executive power of the Commonwealth is vested in the Queen and is
exercisable by the Governor-General as the Queen’s representative, and
extends to the execution and maintenance of this Constitution, and of the
laws of the Commonwealth.

The Political Parties took ownership of the Governor General on the 2nd February 1960 = TREASON

I watched the video, it was great the way it was laid out and explained. You just wouldn’t notice these insideous changes being a layman in constitutional law.

Would love to know what matters have been affected and which parts of QLD sold out from under it’s constituents.

Having kids, I feel really ashamed and sad about the state of the country and environment that will be left to them. I think 70% of our kids won’t be able to afford to buy a home in the suburbs they grew up in without a generous hand out.

The entire government is illegitimate under the Commonwealth Constitution.
In Qld we have a new constitution which was lefislated in 2001... anyone remember a referendum as required by founding law?
... I don't recall one.

I asked a judge this question once. Her reply was 'take the matter up with your elected representative.'
