Need more information on the land.
For instance.
Is the land cleared, pasture, bush or a mixture of all?
Is there water on the land?, ie Creeks, Dams etc.
Is the land low, high, flat, hilly, rugged etc?
Are three any Kouri issues?
Are there any enviromental issues/catches?
Do the neighboring Yowies play load music at night?
All the usual questions.
Anyone have any detailed information?

Think you better ring Stockdale and Leggo in Bunyip for the right info on technical questions. Like Koori issues etc but I imagine that because it was once part of the property next door it is not a sacred site (yet). The property is fully fenced around the boundary. There is a nice dam at the back of the property. It is pretty well cleared but obviously still alot of trees on and around the block. It is quite flat. At the bottom of Black snake range, in the valley there. There are farms either side but set abit further back. As for noise- you could hear a Yowie fart it is that quiet there at night but I don't think you would hear your neighbours.
Cheers

Sounds like a nice parcel of land.
I might drive up and have a nosey around
during the school break coming up.
I feel the need to go for a Bush walk
coming on.
Folcrom.
PS If a Yowie farts in the bush and nobody is around to here it, then did the Yowie really fart?
Is not proof of the fart in the observation thereof?

Hi John,
No recent reports from there. Will probably spend most of my research time in Qld.
For my money, currently the most inviting area in Vic would be around the Lake Thomson area.
Hope this helps,
DMH
