It's an interesting video. The sounds can clearly be heard the first time he begins splitting the wood (from 5:40 onward). They're distant but extremely loud, and some of his observations are familiar ones (he speculates about the camera having been noticed by whatever's making the noise, etc).

Again, there's nothing conclusive in this but it's a novel approach. They're already getting a reaction from who/whatever's observing them so they just record themselves going about their business...if they're being fair dinkum and it's not a set-up (which is always possible).

I can't claim to be an expert on the animals of the North American wilderness so I don't know what's making that noise, just that it's loud.

I like the fact that it's unedited video, and that we hear the sounds in context and in real time along with their activities.

I'm going to watch more of their videos but that's all I can say about that one. Thanks for posting that, Kezza!

I've seen a few of their videos now...nothing conclusive is shown. The guy seems sincere, but who knows for sure?

They're entertaining to watch but I've yet to see anything really convincing. The one Kezza posted with the scream seems to be the best one so far.

This is an interesting one, but still inconclusive. They're also selling 'official' tee-shirts on their YouTube channel. That's not against the law but it makes me wonder.

Overall I'm inclined to think it's either a scam, or he's being pranked by his neighbours. That's just me, though.

Mmm... yes watched a number of his videos. He’s a “Special” guy. Nothing very convincing for me.

The fact that he sometimes wears plastic teeth and that his channel veers rapidly from being about 'homesteading' to suddenly being a full-tilt Sasquatch investigation channel seems unusual as well. He's using the standard terminology ('wood knocks' etc) and everything he says seems like it obeys every established 'rule' about Sasquatch sightings and reported behaviour.

I think he's having a laugh, personally. Having seen most of those videos now that's my impression of him.
