Looks good Dan cinematography in it looks good too.
Although I must say I don't really ascribe to the Marsupial Ape theory, each to their own however.

The film looks interesting Dan, thanks.
The hypothesis of the Yowie being a marsupial with a pouch is utterly ridiculous. The only history written about it came from a man by the name of Horace Saxon who commented on Charles Harpers sighting of a Yowie in the late 1800's in which Harper sights the Yowie having an over hanging belly. Horace's simple view was it was a "marsupial man" - that's about it. Not much history other than than Horace saying he knew of people who had seen them. It means nothing. There are no modern day or historic sightings of them carrying young in a pouch. Its a somewhat ludicrous theory that deserves nothing more than an eye roll.
Another argument against it is the Yowie is pretty much the same creature you will find in America and Asia. Virtually everything is the same. Not a mention of them being a marsupial with a pouch.
If there were such a thing, we would have hundreds of historic and modern day Reports from here and around the World. There are non.
They are not marsupials, period.

Yep, for me they are not a Marsupial of any kind. For the record ive never stated they are or could be a marsupial ape. Primate of some sort is what I believe.

However there are several reports of it having an animal smell and smelling like a tasmanian devil. There are no intermediate marsupial fossils though it could have evolved from.

Yep animal smell as well as the seperate funky "rotten egg" smell. They look like marsupial in a way too. Very Australian looking creatures ... Imo of course.Boab Bob wrote: Thu Jun 27, 2019 8:02 am However there are several reports of it having an animal smell and smelling like a tasmanian devil. Orangutans can smell of BO strongly. I've been homeless myself (not with orangutans) and terminally unwashed humans alone can damn well reek some obnoxious smells.

Yeah too right. Us humans can get a pong on at times.! I can only guess the "rotten egg" smell was omitted somehow while the animalistic smell up close was its/his own natural unkempt smell?Boab Bob wrote: Thu Jun 27, 2019 2:13 pm Orangutans can smell of BO strongly.
