Yowie Language, Social Structure
Question- in a report of an American who was kidnapped by bigfoot he stated that the bigfoot spoke a simple native American dialect. Have there been instances where yowies have been heard to speak a recognisable language?
Question- Most sightings seem to be of a single yowie or small family group. What is the societal structure of the yowie population? Do they, for instance, meet and communicate with other family groups or even have seasonal gatherings? Do they have a mythology, an oral history?
Big hugs for hairy yowie babes!

2nd: no idea.
2nd: no idea.
I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside. Run. He's fuzzy. Get outta here.

I believe they do communicate among other groups or clans. If the bigfoot does, I can't see why our guy wouldn't. I read a very interesting book called "A bigffot in my backyard" I think thats the title. Its up at our holliday house so I can't go check today. Some one here might remember! LOL!
The book was written by a woman who had a few acres in a rural area, and discovered that her 'resident' bigfoot, seemed to communicate with others passing through, by the use of carefully placed sticks, rocks ect. I believe from tales my GGran used to tell me that gypsies used to pass messages on to other gypsies this way too. Its an old form of language!

Because I believe there are more than one Genus, I don't think one rule applies for all.
I have had the big ones screaming, grunting and roaring, however on one occasion in the Pilliga, I experienced a very different Yowie that spoke like an angry old man - but with no dialect or diction that we as Humans could comphrehend..
I had no idea he was there for the first two hours. I believed it was simply a Kangaroo walking around in the bushes behind us. Just as we were about to leave at 4pm, I heard someone talking. I walked towards it, and it gave me a very angry lecture! Unlike the experiences I've had before with large Yowies with giant diaphragms, this particular one had more of a Human vocal capacity, all be it a deep voice, however I could make no sense of what it was saying.
The only thing I can liken it too is what we would all perceive a "Cave man" or "Neanderthal" to sound like.
Quite an angry old thing that gave me a good "telling off"!
The voice was extremely clear and distinct, as he was only a few yards away from where I stood. The ground was very sandy, which caused a futher enigma - not one single footprint at day break.

Imagine if this topic wasn't taboo how quickly we as a people would begin to accept and understand the yowie. This is one of the things I envision to occur in the future, along with disclosure of the extraterrestrial presence. Humans can no longer live in the bubble of modern society, separate from their actions and the consequences of those actions.

Both times I've heard yowies they had different vocals.
The first one was before I had dogs and was grunting and muttering to themselves while pulling things around at the back of our property.
The second time I was walking one of the dogs in deep bush and 2 seemed to speak back to each other. They called in a very primate type sound then silently stalked us until we left. Both me and the dog moved quickly lol.

Obviously they also communicate via tree tapping, however if you listen to the Wentworth falls audio stream in our Media centre, Justin describes how they used hand gestures to each other while referring to his car.
Then there was a case of a 4 year old girl (now is her 30's), who said she communicated with a young one who she befriended via 'emotion' (as she put it).

Was having a similar conversation with a friend about this last night over drinks.
If they can communicate in the ways people have experienced, then this opens up a whole new thing when they're "officially" discovered.
Would they have the same rights as people? Would the laws have to be changed in regards to shooting them? Would we even be put on trial if someone shot one? Self-defence or just because? Murder or just killing another animal?
According to the dictionary, one of the meanings of the word 'human' is: "Having human form or attributes as opposed to those of animals or divine beings".
So, that brings forth a whole bunch of questions, moreso than the answers.
Sorry Dean for bastardising your last sentence there, i just had to do it

You'll love the location Dean.....and I quote
" i was camping in the hinterland mountain of the Gold Coast called Springbrook. I am very lucky to have a step father that purchased 12 or more acres up there when he was 20 for a couple thousand dollars at the time and he has managed to keep it in the family for us all to benefit from. It has no amenities nor buildings on it - so you are in a tent and cooking from the fire and carting water from the creek."
I gather this was about 15 years ago. I have asked her to make a formal report. I had a disscussion with her on my website.
