Thinker Thunker posted a video on youtube i watched recently debunking the video you posted a link to, so yeah looks like its a hoax.
The more I learn, the less I know.

To it's a fake, the reason why is before the so called Bigfoot appears the video footage is smooth but then when it does appear the footage goes up and down and zolms in and out and is horrible. So, Fake.

Sure looks like a guy wearing a dark coloured and hooded heavy jacket with matching pants. He doesn't even look to be acting any different than a guy simply wandering around looking at stuff on the forest floor. When hes walking it looks like a lot of the times hes got his hands in his pocket hence the stiff posture where his arms dont swing when he's walking
