I found this report especially interesting as the area isn't far from where I live.. Awesome..

Great interview, the woman interviewed has great observational skills and knows exactly what she saw and gave a excellent description of this. What I find interesting is the sketch of the yowie is incredibly similar to sketches of Satsquatch by a police sketch artist in David Paulides book the Hoopa Project. These encounters just keep coming from credible witnesses and these are just the tip of the iceberg! How many encounters arnt reported?
Again other great interview, I particularly enjoyed this one.

Not that far from (and seems to be reasonably connected to) Brisbane Water NP where there have been similar sightings. Also interesting that the Watagans got a mention (again, similar reports).

It would be good to know just when the Strickland SF sighting took place.

The Strickland report was first-class . The clarity and detail by the witness indicates to me that further research in that area is warranted.
