I should have signed up earlier

Unread post by greenman »

Hi all,

I am the second party to the second part of the 2017 Wee Jasper sighting.

Let me just say this: this sighting changed my life.

For the better. I don't believe every out there claim people have but I hear their stories and judge later.

I find the doubters fairly amusing these days. It is ignorance.

Examples I would point to for them are Dr Meldrum, Jane Goodall and Forrest Galante. Oh yes and that charming kids book we had at school, Turramulli the Giant Quinkin.

The idea humans have ever come close to surveying all that there is in the Barrington Tops, Tasmanian Wilderness or jungles around Innisfail is truly a herculean assumption.

We haven't even surveyed Yengo NP inch by inch.

Your 100% right in what you say greenman, the jungles around Innisfail and the Cairns region are totally unexplored, mountains, ravines full of thick jungle, you cant walk through it it's that dense in places, anything or anyone could live up there for years undetected.
I once waded klms through a jungle stream throwing lures for jungle perch and came across a camp in the middle of nowhere. Luckily for me no one was there, it was quite spooky, someone had been living there for quite some time and I had the feeling they weren't far away. I got out of there. If you've gone to that much effort to hide from people who knows what they would do to remain undetected.
It would be easy to remain hidden up there forever with only a unlucky few to come across them.
The more I learn, the less I know.
