North East Victoria. Alpine National Park.

Unread post by Warchild89 »

Would anyone be interested in going out and exploring this region with me? Giving all the missing people over the years, how remote and untouched most of the area is and also having my own experience which has been documented I'd like to investigate further. Queensland and New South Wales are hotspots but I think this place is too but it's alot more isolated. Kind regards.

Hi Warchild. My circumstances mean I can't go out researching but there's definitely Yowies up in that area. I had an experience near Bright about 9 or so years ago, and the AYR site has reports from Harrietville and Mount Hotham. I hope you find someone to go with, I don't think I'd go alone either as the ones up there seem to be angry fellas.
The more you've found, the less you've been around.

Hello there I think Start from Harrietville in NE Victoria because I read some stories of Yowies being seen in that area and Hotham area. You can use Harrietville as a base station and go from there.

Both the witness audio reports I've seen of that area described the yowies as aggressive, one story reported a yowie entering a cabin and beating the s#@t of a mate whilst he was asleep in bed.. no thanks!
