Seriously though, it shows once again how much the earth runs in cycles and how little of those cycles we understand. It also is amazing how large they were, the size doesn't really hit you until you see the bones all in one place.

How would wombat taste? I am sure aboriginals have or still do eat them
Excuse me if I sound barbaric and of course I know that its a native and protected animal and would not try
A lot of people do not like kangaroo meat although I enjoy it. Only cooked well done because I dont like my beef still moo-ing or my lamb still baa-ing.
Would it be similar to kangaroo?
