Australian Gov Policy Advisors = RAND

Just came across this lately and thought it may interest some....

RAND is a Rothschild company that are policy advisers to many governments worldwide. This is a concern. I have read that our Federal Gov politicians accept and vote on many policy docs from RAND without even reading the paperwork.So is this an example of how global elite manufacture/control many of our Gov policies ?
