What really happened at Bluff Creek?

Unread post by Dion »

MK has done some radio shows about the Patterson-Gimlin Film which can be listened to here. http://www.artistfirst.com/bigfoot2008.html

For those that dont know MK is a Bigfoot researcher and has done extensive work on the Patty film in the US.

If you have been following the story over at GCBRO you will know there is more to the Patterson-Gimlin film than meets the eye. Riveting stuff indeed well worth the listen (thumb up)

I also suggest you visit MK's YouTube site here http://www.youtube.com/user/primateer1 for all his great work on the Patterson-Gimlin film. He uncovers a lot of interesting facts about the incident.

And this Link to at GCBRO http://www.network54.com/Forum/23217/me ... erson+film...
Covers who was involved in the incident.

As you can see there where many involved and there is a lot of evidence to suggest that patty was shot at and if not murdered.

A scary thought really. (confused)

Do your research the evidence is overwhelming

Thanks for that Chewy... (claps hands) ... I have been following this story ever since the other parties involved came forward after one of the other gunmen let it slip one day. (guns pose)
I am not too sure if that is a hoax by some guys who are just trying to make a quick buck and a name for themselves, but it sure is an incredible tale. (happy)
If you look at the Patty footage that was slowed down and steadied frame by frame, you can sort of make out the story of the multiple gunmen by watching the actions of the bigfoot and lining it up with the story that is being told of what 'truly' happened. (detective)

I have read that there is more video than what we know of. (eek)
The video is supposed to have kept rolling and followed the bigfoot over a ridge or something??? (confused) ... I'll try to find where I read that. (thumb) (yin yang) .... Trev

p.s. What do you think of the alleged bullet, going into the thigh of the creature?? :? (2guns)

Hey AussieTrev

I think it’s very probable that patty got shot in the thigh as she seems to have a slight limp afterwards.

What’s compelling for me is the work that MK has done he has uncovered footage and photos of numerous people at the scene and it all seems to add up that patty was shot at and possibly killed along with members of her family.

Titmus was there and in numerous shots you can see blood on his hands he was a taxidermist by trade and in one piece of footage you can see the hunting dog attack his hand obviously the dog could smell the scent of bigfoot on his hands.

There is also footage of pools of blood, what looks like a skinned hide next to it.

Also there is what looks to be a skinned leg in one piece of footage.

We know they took rifles out there with them

So it’s my belief that not only was patty shot at, but either her or members of her family where killed and skinned, the evidence stacks up. Its then my belief that they found that the bodies where very human and freaked out that they might be accused of murder so they buried the evidence.

If you have done your research you will know what I'm talking about

Hey All

Sticky here is the muzzle flash on the hill http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8TZY_MIQ ... annel_page

_daniel_ I’m not sure where you can see the wah chang mask. I tried to look for it myself but was unable to find it.

docterscream I don’t think MK would be that stupid just to remove a primary colour from his shots if he did the photos would be a lot more distorted than what they are (like in the photo your posted) and you could tell a primary colour was missing.

It’s my opinion and it looks to me that what MK has done he has actually enhanced to shots bringing out more colour and detail. Not just simply taken away a primary colour. You would have to be a Dumb A$#* not to know that and I dont think MK is one of them

I can tell you what he actually used and that's colour saturation http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9PWh_Jo0 ... annel_page

Or.... it could just be that the whole thing was a hoax, bigfoot doesn't really exist, everybody had some fun and an enduring'mystery' was spawned which keeps the bf community happy.

Apart from yowie field research i can attest to one other area of extensive knowledge and that is of Mental Health or in some cases a lack of it...and there is a person in ths thread with some issues that need
1. substantial medium to long term course of psychotropic medication
2. some quality time with a good Psychologist...no Psychiatrist
3. A case manager who visits regularly

contact me and ill refer you ....confidentially.....its OK

Is everybody our the buying viagra?????

Maybe one day I'll get a believer to accept that there is possibility that the yowie/bigfoot/yeti doesn't exist?!? hee hee hee.

Good to hear from you.

my first question is, why the fine detail in the monkey suit? if this was a hoax, why did they go to so much effort into making it look so real when they knew the camera technology of the day was very poor and it would take at least 30 odd years later before the footage could be cleaned magnified and scrutinized by scientists, surely a man with a baliclava holding a sheep skin on his back would have got the same result in that day?
my other question is for the skeptics, it really puzzles me and also makes me feel sorry for you, obviously you dont have many interests or a life, i mean i hate afl footy and dont believe its a game of great skill but you dont see me on the afl forums questioning it and bagging the hell out of it.
each one to their own is my belief, i just tjink its a waste of time using all this negative energy when ya might wanna do something positive with ya life.
hey even most of us beleivers or fence sitters are skeptical of alot that is written here, but as i said have a bit of arjy barjy and then just have a laugh and let it go.
or better still find a chess forum and debate wether the pawn should be the new knight. at least you might do some good in the world.

No. Not Green. Yellow. Green is what happens when you mix the primaries yellow and blue.

Hello lil foot,

I'll happily respond to your post...

Why the fine detail in the monkey suit?
- The PG footage was shot in 1967.
- Camera technology WAS NOT poor during this 'ancient time'. Indeed films such as 2001: A Space Oddysey and Planet of the Apes were filmed/released in 1968. Both movies were of excellent audio and visual quality.
- The Apollo 11 mission landed on the moon in 1969 and sent crystal clear live video back from there (unless of course you subscribe to NASAS cover-up theory).
- So the assertion that film quality in 1968 is ridiculous. Therefore if you are going to hoax a bigfoot sighting then you need to have a high quality 'suit'.
- I would also suggest that a high quality suit is essential because the PG footage is ever so subtly out-of-focus. Which means a low quality suit, e.g. Sheepskin, horsehide is only going to lower the overall quality to a point where nobody believes you.

Regarding Skeptics:
- Don't feel sorry for us. I'm pretty sure most of us are quite happy.
- For myself, I have plenty of other interests in life... The point is that I am genuinely interested in the 'bigfoot/yowie/yeti' mystery and I am absolutely free and entitled to hold my opinion on it and speak my opinions. If this forum does not want to listen to my opinions then feel free to ban me.
- There is nothing 'negative' about my opinion. It is my opinion and I am voicing it. It is just as valid as your opinion until someone actually delivers proof that bigfoot/yowies/yeti exist. Something that has not occured in the last fifty or so years of contemporary yowie research. The best evidence available is still far from provable. Believe me, I would be happy as any believer if someone proved the existence of the yowie. Until then the evidence in the public domain is far too flimsy.
- If your comment about negativity is based on the excahnge between myself and Sticky above, then please go back and re-read it. That was an example of 'good natured banter between Sticky and myself.' I have nothing but respect for Sticky and regard him as a good friend. I hope he considers me in the same light.
- I have no interest whatsoever in chess otherwise I probably would join a chess forum and contribute to it. I find this remark childish and disingenuous. It adds nothing to the forum or the post in general. In fact, in my opinion it's borderline trolling (by this forums definition).

The simple fact is, Chewy put up a good post on the P-G footage and a reasonable set of response has been made. I'm entitled to add my response, which I did, which did not demean, ridicule or prod any other member of the forum. My position is every bit as valid as yours until someone proves the existence of the 'bigfoot/yowie/yeti/trans-dimensional orb-shifting biped'.

I hope that clears things up for you. If you would like to debate offline then please feel free to pm me or email me.

Kind regards

...hey Lil foot... you're in Melbourne right?... BillTheCat... you're in Canberra right?...and I'm in Sydney right?... well how about one weekend... I drive down to Canberra and Lil Foot... you drive up from Melbourne... we'll all meet in a pub or somewhere in Canberra and we all meet and greet each other???... because... I HAVE A PLAN!!!! ... I'll start a topic up of some sort... you two guys being the complete opposites that you are... I'll Video the whole debate and then post it on these forums!!!!... man would that be an eye opener wouldn't it???...

...as you see... this is one of the things that make the AYR forums such a great forum that it is... the differing opinions expressed by both sides of the fence... my advice to both of you?... NEVER CHANGE!!! ... always be who you are... thats what makes both of your differing opinions so valuable to the rest of us... it's easy to just sit back... say nothing and let others do the talking for you... but when you guys get up here and say exactly what you think... (civilly towards each other of course... remember... ALWAYS keep it nice)... that takes a lot of guts to stand by what you say... for that reason alone... I commend both of you... keep up the great debating!!!...

...hmmmmm... I just thought... if there is a whole group of us debating a subject... is that a Mass-dur-bate????? (eek) ... ** double hmmmmmm!... methinks that I just crossed a line there somewhere with that rather pathetic attempt at humour ** (no brains) ... moving on...
...- If your comment about negativity is based on the excahnge between myself and Sticky above, then please go back and re-read it. That was an example of 'good natured banter between Sticky and myself.' I have nothing but respect for Sticky and regard him as a good friend. I hope he considers me in the same light.
...very nice words my friend... I thank you very much (thumb up) ... and the answer to that is ... YES! ... for sure. (rad) .. I have a lot of time for so many people within these forums... that's why I frequent the forums so often... so many different people from so many different walks of life... when you go to a Techno-geek type of forum... that's all there is there... Techno-geeks... go to an Artistic forum dedicated to all things to do with Art... thats all you have... artistic minded people talking all things to do with Art...

...when you come here you have an amazing myriad of differing subjects with people so eager to talk about things totally out of the norm!!!!... for that reason alone... you have sometimes volatile debates bordering on the edge of being banned!... THAT is the reason for me returning here all the time with such regularity... this is an amazing website created for us by Dean... appreciate it for what it is... and importantly ... appreciate the fact that we are all different with our opinions!!!... because I sure as hell do!!!... aw bugger it!!!... I love you guys!!!! (kiss) ... there... I've said it!!!!... cheers... Stickyfingers. (cool) (happy) (jest)

I get a gut feeling that it's possibly just a nick in the film causing it... but still... some really interesting theories there to explore methinks... cheers... Stickyfingers. (cool) (happy) (jest)

I’m glad to see this thread is back to the original topic (thumb up)

Sticky I don’t believe the muzzle flash to be an abnormality

As it was pointed out to me in a previous thread:
AYR does not advocate beliefs. AYR presents and advocates physical evidence and personal testimonies. It encourages the right to express theories and to pass constructive or critical comment.
I'd be interested to know how you came to your assessment considering there are multiple abnormalities/flashes throughout the entire sequence. The one pointed out does not even align temporally with the appearance of the wound/hernia. Do professionaly trackers/hunters make a habit of shooting at a moving target while 2 clearly visible people (one with a camera) are within the direct line of fire. Dodging bullets while chasing and filming a Bigfoot would be hard not to notice or forget. Why would Patterson and Gimlin fail to mention it? Ever?

There is so much wrong with this "Massacre at Bluff Creek" theory. Given the date of your original post, Chewy, we are all waiting for you to say "April Fool!"
