It looks as if it is concentrating fairly hard on looking where it is going, and where it is placing it's feet.... as you would imagine if it's someone in a suit who can't see clearly. It also looks uniformly black, no other colour from natural fading of hair, anywhere, so add my opinion of 'Fake'.

Body mechanics look a little like the Freeman footage and it seems bulky enough.
Unfortunately, you can't see below mid-thigh due to grass, the hiker never zooms in very much at all (limitation of equipment?), resolution sucks and he then bugs out instead of perhaps following it, which he could have made an attempt at considering the slow pace of the subject. All too questionable. I would never present this as evidence because the doubt/hoax factor cannot be discounted.
